ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible to develop and execute strategic marketing project plans for a designated portion of our space solutions product portfolio. In this role, you will take direction and guidance from the Senior Product Marketing Manager and will collaborate with the broader marketing team, product management, sales and commercial, corporate strategy and external agencies to support the creation of the project plan elements. This includes compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers, generates awareness and enables demand generation. This includes omni-channel marketing as well as sales enablement materials. Additionally, maintain a comprehensive view of all tactics, report status and progress of the plan, uncover risks and opportunities throughout the course of the plan, and use data-driven insights to optimize tactics and report on results.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Develop, maintain and report on status and performance of marketing project plans for cold and structures product lines
- Partner with Product Management and Corporate Strategy to assist in the development and execution of marketing GTM planning and execution for all product introductions/refreshes along with updates to the existing portfolio to drive awareness and adoption.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing Team to execute project plans.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets
- Manage Product Marketing creative requests and deliverables
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Product Marketing, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications background strongly desired. 3-5 yrs. experience in marketing campaign and strategic content development, execution, and optimization. Related industry experience a plus.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Results oriented; drive and desire to build a commercial (marketing, sales, sales enablement) career; Time management skills; Experience creating product/service-related content leveraging input from multiple stakeholders and other sources of insight. Experience partnering with business leadership to translate objectives into omni-channel marketing campaigns that support brand and demand generation.
