Supporting you and your family is a top priority for us and we regularly explore the market and look for new benefits and enhancements that support our values. Recognizing that physical well-being is a journey, we also offer additional programs that support medical conditions like diabetes and back and joint pain, provide guidance and financial assistance in family planning, and other wellness incentives and options.

Your financial well-being

Financial security for our employees is critical to overall well-being. Our retirement savings plans help employees save on a pre-tax basis with a company match of up to 4.5%. We also provide options for income protection in the event of illness, accident or death and provide paid time-off for a variety of leave types.

In addition to supporting employees’ long-term financial security, we employ market-based pay practices to ensure fair, competitive wages at every level of the organization. Incentive pay at the individual or group level may be available based on your role in the organization. We also support continued education through our Tuition Reimbursement Program.

Emotionally

Your emotional and social well-being

Caring for the emotional well-being of our employees means offering programs that meet a diverse range of work-life needs. Our Employee Assistance Program provides both mental health access and practical support for personal needs. Taking time off is also a critical component to rest and rejuvenate to help keep you physically and emotionally well.

Recognition is part of our values-based culture, providing a platform for peer-to-peer recognition for living our core values. One of those values is community focused.  Not only do we allow employees to give their time to a cause of their choice, but also to donate money to one of those causes, or to direct it to our Minions of Kindness Fund which supports our employees in times of distress.
