ABOUT THE JOB:

This job is responsible for proactively carrying out our Sales Process to various customers and selling Willscot Mobile Mini cold storage products and services to businesses located within a specific geographic territory.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Drive revenue and value-added revenue for cold storage products within an assigned territory utilizing phone and email. Effectively communicate and promote the WSMM value proposition focused on our cold storage solutions to help increase sales for the business. Optimize/Negotiate rates and grow revenue by leveraging the WSMM product line of best-in-class cold storage products and services
  • Proactively engages with new and existing customers to build strong customer relations through prospecting within a designated territory, in-person client meetings, and occasional site visits. Responsible for all facets of customer account management aiming to increase yearly revenue for each new and existing customer in designated territory.
  • Collaborate with branch and sales management to increase overall market share in a designated territory through creating and executing a strong territory plan with impactful market vertical and account management strategies.
  • Understand WSMM’s Essential Service offerings and any future offerings in order to proactively sell the cold storage offerings to all customers. Effectively follow weekly/monthly/annual KPI goals and objectives.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Education level: Preferred college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Years of related experience: 1-3 years of prior outbound sales calling experience

Skills & Systems:

  • Utilize SalesForce CRM system to track performance and manage customers


Travel Requirements: 

  • 10-20%

Base Wage Range: $59,100.00 - $76,900.00   
Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonus or commission.
