ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for a Creative Manager to support the Creative Director in leading and executing innovative design and content strategies. This role bridges creative vision and operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with exceptional quality. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong creative instincts and organizational skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Creative Development
o    Contribute ideas and support concept development for campaigns, branding, and multimedia projects.
o    Review and refine creative work to maintain quality and consistency.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
o    Assist the Creative Director in managing day-to-day operations of the creative team.
o    Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to designers, writers, editors and other creative professionals.
Project Management
o    Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for creative projects.
o    Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and strategic objectives. 
Stakeholder Communication
o    Act as liaison between the creative team and internal/external partners.
o    Present concepts and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
Process Optimization
o    Implement workflows and tools to improve efficiency and collaboration.
o    Maintain documentation and best practices for creative operations.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience: 
Education:
o    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience:
o    6-8 years of proven experience in creative management or senior design roles.
o    Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
o    Experience in marketing or advertising environments.
o    Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
o    Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Abilities: 
•    Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think conceptually.
•    Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and multimedia content.
•    Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
•    Strong presentation and communication skills.
•    Strong organizational skills, good time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, etc., for office environment.

Work Environment: 
This is an in office role; not hybrid.
