ABOUT THE JOB:

We are 5 days Work From Office , Shift Time 3:00 PM IST TO 00:00 AM, Cab facility To and Fro, Office location Baner 

The ServiceNow Developer designs, builds, and customizes workflows and applications on the cloud-based ServiceNow platform. This role bridges business needs and technical execution by automating daily operations and modernizing IT and customer service processes across the enterprise.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Platform Customization & Development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and design scalable solutions.
• Build custom applications, modules, and workspaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI Builder.
• Develop platform features aligned with business needs.
• Formulate test plans, perform unit testing, and conduct code reviews.
Workflow Automation
• Create and optimize workflows using Flow Designer.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Document workflows and architecture designs.

System Integrations
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Ensure secure and scalable integrations.
Maintenance & Administration
• Monitor system performance and ensure platform reliability.
• Apply patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with security standards.
AI & Agentic Flows
• Design AI-driven workflows using Predictive Intelligence and Now Assist.
• Leverage automation to streamline processes.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
• Experience with ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM modules.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Service Portal, UI Builder.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications
• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CAD
• ServiceNow CIS
