ABOUT THE JOB:
This role works closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of both our payroll and time management systems.
Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and WorkForce Software Time and Attendance will be essential to support payroll operations, time tracking, and compliance requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
System Administration & Support
- Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and WorkForce Software Time and Attendance to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements
- Provide ongoing technical support to HR teams, payroll administrators, and business users for payroll and time management-related inquiries and issues
- Monitor system performance for both payroll and time attendance, troubleshoot errors, and resolve issues promptly to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with labor regulations
Configuration & Implementation
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of new functionalities and enhancements in Employee Central Payroll and WorkForce Software Time and Attendance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement payroll and time management process improvements
- Support system upgrades, patches, and quarterly releases while ensuring minimal disruption to payroll and timekeeping operations
Data Management & Integration
- Ensure accurate integration of HR data, timekeeping data, and payroll systems with other enterprise applications
- Maintain data integrity across Employee Central Payroll, WorkForce Software Time and Attendance, and other HRIS systems by ensuring data quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across integrated platforms and ensure smooth data flow for accurate payroll and time reporting
Reporting & Analysis
- Develop, generate, and distribute payroll and time management reports as requested by HR, finance, and operations teams
- Analyze payroll and timekeeping data and provide insights to improve processes, address issues, and support decision-making
- Compliance & Auditing
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to both payroll processing and timekeeping, including local, state, and federal regulations
- Support internal audits and external regulatory audits related to payroll systems, time management, and processes
User Training & Documentation
- Develop and deliver training sessions for HR, payroll, and IT teams on Employee Central Payroll and WorkForce Software Time and Attendance functionality and best practices
- Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user guides for both payroll and time management processes
- Customer Focus
- Utilizes and deploys proactive customer relationship and stakeholder management techniques
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or WorkForce Software Time and Attendance
- Strong understanding of payroll and timekeeping processes, labor regulations, and HRIS systems
- Experience with system configuration, implementation, and support of Employee Central Payroll and WorkForce Software Time and Attendance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data management
- Familiarity with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI)
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices in relation to payroll and timekeeping data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Experience with WorkForce Software implementation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of global payroll and time management requirements and regulations
