ABOUT THE JOB:

Digital Product Specialist at WillScot will help execute strategies and tactics to drive significant adoption of the WillScot Solution Center (available as apps). This member is part of the Digital Marketing organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Analyze Usage Data and Develop Reports: Analyze portal usage by feature / functionality and develop Tableau dashboards and reports to monitor logins, payments and other self-service functions on a daily/weekly/monthly basis  
  • Execute Adoption Strategy and Tactical plan: Contribute to the development and evolution of the overall strategy and tactical plan to drive significant customer adoption. Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders (sales teams, account management teams, CSS, IT etc.) to drive execution 
  • Support Ongoing Portal Evolution: As part of the overall digital team, support AGILE development process and release management by performing UAT, regression and smoke testing of relevant Portal functionality. Develop figma designs for portal enhancements. Gather customer feedback, triage and add to product backlog in JIRA
  • Stay up to date with industry development and tools
  • Additional Duties and Functions as assigned

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA in computer science, digital marketing or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years proven work experience in a digital role supporting digital product development and customer adoption
  • Strong communication/collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, understand requirements, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies, and industry advancements, and the ability to incorporate them into work products
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma and Marketing Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Unbounce is a plus
  • Experience with AGILE development and AGILE SCRUM certification a plus
