ABOUT THE JOB:

An ideal Sales Rep I is someone who excels in lead generation, building relationships, and finalizing sales transactions.  You will collaborate with multiple departments in a matrixed business environment while contributing to the achievement of WSMM’s sales goals and the company’s success.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Primarily responsible for providing outbound sales coverage for open territories – this includes conducting prospecting calls through means such as Dodge reports, corporate marketing lists, referrals, local media, etc., as well as, responding to all incoming leads daily.
  • Conducts follow up calls and attempts to create opportunities with every customer in order to minimuze risk of losing business.
  • Effectively follow KPI goals and objectives, track progress versus goals, and make adjustments to meet or exceed all targets.
  • Assist with follow up calls on lost opportunities.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR at least 1 yr experience in customer service or retail sales
  • Results oriented; drive and desire to build a sales career; Time management skills;

  • Preferred Skill/Ability – relocatable
